On a standalone installation you have probably clicked too heavily on the icon that runs the program. You are attempting to run 2 instances of the program at the same time on the same PC. If you close the top one which has this message, you will find the SSL running happily "underneath" it.
On a network installation you have run up against the concurrency control operated by the Folio rights management system. You have, for example, only paid to have a single concurrent user licence. That means that only one person can access it at once. You probably tried to access the SSL when one of your colleagues was already doing so. If this becomes an ongoing problem, consider contacting us to increase the number of concurrent users you are allowed, although there is a cost for this.
